Payment can be made in full or in 3 installments at the time of booking. Prices start from $2000**.

Please be aware that our charges are based on local comparative options and costs incurred for staffing and the venue hire as well as planned activities.

**The number of installments available is dependant upon booking date.

Your payment includes 3 days of intensive work with our trained practitioners from 9am to 6pm (approximately). Also included are all the resources for group activities plus some resources to support your retreat and invite reflection.

Full access to the facilities is included.

Please note: Your travel expenses, food and insurance are not included in the intensive fee and you will need to make your own way to the venue. 

Places are allocated on a first come first served basis.

Once the intensive is sold out we will not have the capacity to offer additional places.

What’s Not Included:

• We are not responsible for your travel, by car, train, or flight to and from your home.
• Food and insurance are not included. 
• Also not included are: items of a personal nature such as, gifts, toll calls, excess baggage, medical costs, the costs of hospitalisation and evacuation from remote areas, travel insurance and additional expenses arising from the delay or extension of a trip due to weather, political disputes, sickness, failure of transportation, or other causes beyond our control.
• Other non-included items such as any other off-site activities not included in our itinerary or package.
• Trip cancellation insurance.                     

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 33% of the total cost of the intensive applies. Registration forms will be sent to you by email and need to be completed and returned within 30 days of registration and before the retreat commences.

Cancellation and Refunds

Any cancellation received up to 14 days before the retreat commences will result in in a loss of 50% of the trip price. There will be no refunds given after this date.

We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so all paid funds are refunded).

Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended if there is a possibility that you might have to cancel your trip. All cancellation requests must be made to Hannah Streeter, Recovery Programme Coordinator. Please send those requests to: [email protected]

Naked Truth Recovery, a UK based programme of Visible Ministries, reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to commencement for any reason whatsoever, including an insufficient number of participants or logistical problems (e.g. acts of God, war, strikes, etc.), which may impede trip operations.  The refund of all payments as described in the paragraph below shall release Naked Truth Recovery from any further liability.  A trip cancellation due to insufficient numbers would normally occur at least a month prior to departure, unless acts of God, war, strikes, or other events impede our departure causing large numbers of participants to opt to cancel participation on the journey in the last days before departure.

Naked Truth Recovery must make substantial payments to secure locations and suppliers far in advance of the scheduled dates of the retreat. If a trip is cancelled due to forces beyond our control (acts of God, war, labor strikes, earthquake, flooding, etc.), Naked Truth Recovery will promptly refund the portion of the trip cost not advanced to suppliers.  Naked Truth Recovery will use its best efforts to recover advance payments as promptly as possible, and will refund to you the amount recovered, if any.  However, Naked Truth Recovery does not guarantee return of any or all of the advance payments made, and our use of best efforts to recover these payments will not include the institution of any legal proceedings that might be required.  This policy applies to a trip cancellation by client choice following any necessary increase in trip costs.
